Sally Hansen Gunmetal

What's that you say? A post about nail polish? Shocking!

I've got Sally Hansen Xtreme Wear in Gunmetal for y'all today. Sadly, this is the best picture I got. The sun was not cooperating. :S But, while this picture is not so great, I think it captures the color well enough. Gunmetal is a grey heavily leaning towards the blue. It is pretty dang cool.

Gunmetal is slightly metallic, but not enough so that you get brushstrokes or anything. I lurve it. The formula was lovely, smooth and full of pigment. I think I used 2 coats to achieve this opacity. Isn't it lurvely?

I've been very impressed by the SH Xtreme Wears so far ... methinks a CVS run is in order. :)

    Love this polish on you. I also love the Sally Hansen Xtreme Wear polishes. They have some great colors.

    I LOOOVe the colour of "Indigo" from this line...but it is the chippiest nail polish I own, sadly.

    meg - aww that's sad. :( I don't own it, so I wouldn't know. But the 2 colors I own from this line are quite hardy and I enjoy them. :)

    Hey Faith! Like you and flinty, it took me awhile to try Gunmetal. I was so scared it would look bad. But, I tried it and loved it.

    Nika - I don't know if I would call it green so much as blue, but then maybe I just didn't notice the green.

    This is by far my most recent favorite polish. I've actually been complimented from guys that my pedicure color is "awesome" - and they especially love the name! Even my hubby likes this one :)
