China Glaze Watermelon Rind

Hello ladies! Back to China Glaze! :)
This beauty is Watermelon Rind from CG's new Summer Days collection. All of the Summer Days polishes have the glass-flecked finish that apparently made China Glaze famous. All I know is that I freaking love this color!
First off, let me apologize for the horrible picture. The sun came out for literally 30 seconds today and this is, believe it or not, the best picture I got during those 30 seconds. :(
I tried to take a picture indoors, but it just wasn't working for me.
Anyways, about the color. Gorgeous green. I mean GORGEOUS! This might just be the prettiest green I own. I absolutely love it. The glass-flecked finish truly is amazing. It gives the polish translucency and depth ... it kind of feels like I'm looking down into a sparkly green sea.
This green has quite a bit of blue in it ... my sister thinks that it's too blue to be called watermelon rind, but I think the name is spot on. The glass flecks are silver. Kind of like really really cool silver glitter. I'm wondering if this means I'll have a really hard time getting it off? Hope not. hehe.
Application was beautiful, not thick or gloppy or runny at all. Oh joy! :) I used 3 coats, it was still slightly transparent at 2.
I bought 2 lacquers from the Summer Days collection, Watermelon Rind and Strawberry Fields. What with the gorgeousness of this color, I'm definately leaning heavily towards buying Grape Juice and Orange Marmalade ... and possibly Cherry Pie. :)
Check out All Lacquered Up's review of the Summer Days collection to get a better description of the glass-flecked phenemenon and better pictures! Her picture of Watermelon Rind is perfect. The color is actually much greener than my picture shows, Michelle's picture is spot on.
