Ruby Pumps Re-Do

Mkay dolls, I'm giving y'all better pictures of China Glaze Ruby Pumps today. I did post about it before, but I failed miserably with the pictures, and didn't give a good representation of what the polish actually looks like.
If you're going to wear a red glitter, Ruby Pumps is the best way to go. It is a gorgeous red jelly absolutely packed with red glitter. Since it is a jelly it takes about 3 coats to get rid of VNL, and since it is a glitter it chips within 3 days. However. Ruby Pumps is unspeakably beautiful. I want to swim in it. Here's another look.
Look at the depth in that stuff! And it is pretty much the perfect shade of red too.

  3. edlin - Hooray! I'm so glad I brought you to the dark side (or rather, the blue side)! Purples were my favorite at the beginning of my polish obsession, but now it's all about the blues. I die over pretty much any blue, but sky blues just put me over the edge. ;) Thanks for the encouragement!

  4. Pinks are my favorite just cuz they're so easy to wear haha. And since I've got medium-dark skin, blues can make my skin look like a zombie's but I'm navigating through your collection and sky blues seem to prevent the zombieness. :D I look forward to more posts!

  5. Pinks definitely are easy to wear, and I do like a cheery shade of pink, but I tend to get bored with the infinite number of sheer pinks available. However, sometimes I get an inexplicable urge to wear sheer pink and then I'm happy that Essie exists. ;)
